We are a group of architects, designers, project managers and tradesmen with a combined 40+ years of industry experience serving the Greater Houston area.

Luke Strech
Owner
Luke began his career in construction 17 years ago in Portland, Oregon. He served a 3-year apprenticeship and worked hands-on with everything from foundations to plumbing and electrical. He was then promoted to project manager. In 2009, he returned to Houston and launched Strech Construction Group, serving residential and commercial clients. In 2020, they transitioned to a commercial-only focus.
Luke loves the opportunity to build relationships that comes with his business.

Chris Forse
Project Manager
Chris has worked in the construction industry for 15 years. In his current role as project manager, he oversees construction projects to ensure they are being completed on time and within budget. Whether he’s on the phone or on site, he’s always in close communication with the crew, providing leadership and accountability.
Chris loves meeting new clients, and he enjoys the challenge that comes with each new project.

Katherine Terris
Office Manager
Katherine’s background in retail management, paired with her organizational skills, makes her an excellent fit for office manager. She builds relationships with vendors to get the best possible pricing on materials. She also works with city and county officials to obtain all the necessary building permits.
Katherine loves everything about her job, from interacting with customers to coordinating with our amazing crews. She finds satisfaction in seeing each job to completion.

Clint Fisher
Facilities Maintenance Director
Clint is our Director of Maintenance for our Summer Moon Coffee family of coffee boutiques. Coming to Strech Construction Group with 18 years in education, encompassing roles as a teacher, coach, and administrator, he brings a high level of organizational skills and people skills. Quickly developing rapport with our clients and securing professional vendors to provide personalized services has been a great asset to establishing this new division of Strech Construction Group. Clint looks forward to building relationships with our clients and vendors while continuing to develop streamlined processes and procedures as our client base grows. In his spare time, you’ll find him on any ball field with his son and daughter, coaching or supporting their sporting adventures.
